Shipping
Every item is made when you order it, so it spends a few days in production before it ever meets a courier. Production and shipping are two separate clocks — add them together for the total wait.

Times are conservative estimates from our production partners, not guarantees; free US shipping over $75. Orders are produced at whichever facility is closest to you, so your package may arrive from a different country than you expect. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Most orders ship with tracking and we email the number as soon as it exists. A small number of items ship from partners who do not offer tracked delivery; if yours is one of them, we will tell you.
Swaps and returns
Unworn items with tags attached can be swapped within 30 days. Made-to-order items cannot be returned just because the final score hurt.
Damaged, misprinted, or defective orders are replaced or refunded and you do not need to ship anything back — email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
If a package never arrives, check with neighbours and your local carrier first. If it still has not appeared 30 days after the expected delivery date for US orders, or 45 days for international orders, contact us and we will open a claim.
